Position overview
Avoya travel is looking for a motivated and passionate graphic designer to be a part of the creative services team, reporting directly to the creative directorThis candidate will have an instrumental role in supporting marketing campaigns, along with all of avoya’s design needs from internal to b2b, and print to digital.
This position is available to graphic designers with 1-2 years of in-house or agency experience, but entry-level candidates may be considered depending on portfolioAn online creative portfolio demonstrating the ability to produce high quality creatives across multiple channels is required to be considered for this position.
What you’ll be doing…
Create conceptual designs and materials to support and power various marketing teams (digital, email, trade, etc.) and other departments in the company
Create designs for print (flyers, ads placements, brochure) and digital (banner ads, social media, email and website assets)Digital assets can be both, static and animated.
Create powerpoint presentations and assets to be used in executive-level meetings and company events such as conferences
Follow briefs and meet deadlines
Thorough visual proofreading to produce accurate, high-quality work with minimal revisions
Keep up to date with emerging technologies and design trends
Be passionate and push yourself to always deliver work we are proud of
Work together as a team, as well as independently, sharing ideas, and willing to help with any assigned tasks

Bachelor`s degree in graphic design or equivalent
1-2 years of in-house or agency experience
Proficient in adobe creative suite including indesign, photoshop, and illustrator
Exceptional attention to detail as well as excellent problem-solving skills
The ability to design across multitude of media types and mediums
Mastering the principles of design, demonstrate a solid sense of layout and typography
Proven ability to take constructive feedback and provide creative input
Adequate skills to work on your own as well as in a collaborative team environment
Ability to deliver results within short timeframes, strict deadlines, and within budget
Strong interpersonal skills; a team player, positive and innovative thinker
Self-motivated and career-oriented
A plus if you have…
A solid grasp of microsoft office, preferably with proficient skills in powerpoint.
Experience in handling requests through project management software
Basic knowledge of html, css, responsive web design, and user experience
Familiarity with after effects and experience in photography and/or video production
