As an internal sales consultant, your industry expertise and knowledge of annuity and life insurance products will enable our advisor clients to provide the best financial solutions to their clientsThrough a consultative approach, you will analyze cases and guide advisors in the integration of insurance-based solutions into their retirement planning processThe role requires proactive outreach to prospective new advisors and sales support to existing client-advisors in your territory.

Proactive outreach to advisors to explain how partnering with retireone on insurance-based solutions can help grow their fiduciary practice.
Expand the use of retirement income solutions within advisor practices through consultative selling.
Be a product expert and evaluate a broad range of insurance and annuity solutions’ strengths and weaknesses for your advisors’ clients.
Demonstrate how annuities can help advisors provide downside protection for their clients’ portfolios.
Help advisors analyze existing annuity contracts and transfer them to lower-cost, consumer friendly policies.
Tailor sales ideas, presentations and your outreach to the ria/iar segment.
Deliver webinars to small groups of advisors.
Prepare case analysis, create illustrations and present proposals to advisors and clients
Set appointments for field-based sales partners.
Document activities in salesforce.
Organized, self-driven and fearless advocate for the fiduciary investment advisor space.
Finra series 6 or 7, series 63 or 66 and resident insurance licenses required.
Five years of experience and success working with annuities, life insurance, and/or investment productsExperience in ria space a plus.
Able to prioritize and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments.
Outstanding verbal and written communications.
College degree preferred.
Pay for production compensation model; six-figure target compensation including base and variable compensation.
