Job summary
Responsible for the administration of sales compensation through communication, tracking, research, and resolution.
Essential functions and responsibilities:
Administer monthly sales compensation communication via anaplan in partnership with finance, bi, and hr comp.
Research details of exception requests using our various internal tools to ensure accurate documenting and investigating of requests.
Assist with communication with leaders regarding sales compensation strategy, programs, and plans.
Partner with hr comp and talent acquisition for all sales compensation activities related to their functions.
Prepare and analyze proposed salary adjustments based on market review.
Partner with appropriate team members on documenting salary recommendations, internal transfers, off-cycle increases, and promotions.
Participate in market pricing activities to review sales compensation surveys and ensure renaissance is remaining competitive with its salaries.
Assist in maintaining systems to ensure accuracy of sales compensation data and job profiles.
Qualifications
Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as comfort navigating sales concerns around compensation.
Develop and define training to support engagement with incentive software and compensation plans.
Crm & bi tools (tableau, power bi, sap cloud) experience preferred
Incentive management programs (i.e., anaplan, xactly, etc.) experience preferred
Education & experience
Bachelor`s degree from four-year college or university preferred
One year work experience in a compensation capacity, preferably supporting sales preferred
Equivalent combination of education and related experience and/or training

Salary range: $45,100 - $67,600
This range is based on national market data and may vary by experience and location.
