This is an exciting time to join remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a senior manager of commercial strategy, joining our growth teamYou’ll drive end to end strategic projects for remote and ensure the company has the focus on the right prioritiesYour final goal will be to maximize growth, unlock sales and drive customer conversionYou will also be involved in strategic product and service offering of the company as part of the commercial strategy team.
You have proven experience in strategic engagements in the tech sector
You excel at bringing structure to open problems
You have proven ability to collaborate well with different stakeholders and influence
You are eager to have a high degree of ownership to help frame and influence remote’s strategic decisions
You have a global perspective and granular understanding of differences across different markets in emea, americas and apac
You are resourceful and when you need to get something done you unleash superior research, sleuthing and execution skills
You understand markets, competition, and how to leverage core competencies to create defensible strategies
You have a passion for technology and an understanding of software and business technology markets, trends, and dynamics
You have 5-7+ years of experience in a top strategy consulting firm, private equity, business development or a comparable role in the hr tech or fintech or space
Working with x-functional areas, you will help remote to build the right corporate strategy and business focus.
Help to shape the future of remote through setting winning strategies (geographic, vertical, product, go-to-market, others)
Ensure remote executes well on business priorities and help different teams to delivery company results through constant support and coaching
Bring external view on remote competitiveness to the company, helping leadership to focus on the most important areas for the future of the company
You will also be responsible to support the launch of complementary services for remote - market research, diligence and develop deal structures, negotiate terms, plan integration, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders on bringing to market partnership-driven solutions
Remote compensation philosophy
Remote’s total rewards philosophy is to ensure fair unbiased compensation and fair pay along with competitive benefits in all locations in which we operateWe do not agree to or encourage cheap-labour practices and therefore pay a minimum annual salary of usd 40,000 per year, in all locations throughout the worldActual compensation may vary based upon geographical location, experience, and/or skill levelHowever, it will never be below our minimum global compensation mentioned.
