- This is a 6 month full time contract
- Contribute to Remote’s scaling hiring needs - particularly Engineering, Product Design and Product departments
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers as a subject matter expert - establish sourcing strategies, position requirements, and market availability
- Advise and mentor other members of the team around talent attraction strategies, including diversity sourcing
- Proactively participate in various talent sourcing virtual events to remain at the forefront of sourcing technology, tools, and innovative sourcing ideas
- Proven success in sourcing across all departments (including senior and executive) but especially tech (Engineering, Product, and Product Design)
- Extensive experience in inbound and outbound sourcing, with a key focus on sourcing passive candidates
- Genuine interest in creating an inclusive hiring process
- Adaptable, quick to learn new tools and processes, confident using an ATS (we use Greenhouse)
- Experience in a fast growing tech start-up will be ideal
