- Experience in a fast scaling startup building out a brand new market in the global hiring space
- Exposure to a very global oriented client base as our product is focused on helping companies hire in other countries (75+ countries)
- A place where you can be a part of improving our overall sales strategy & structure during our maturation into a profitable late stage startup
- Strong new business skills with a product and brand that requires customer education
- Deep knowledge of the ACH market (Austria & Switzerland) ****and the best ways to approach new customers
- A plus to have experience with Salesforce and exposure to sales methods like MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, and Sandler
- Professional level fluency in German
