As the business intelligence analyst, your primary objective will be to develop “ mission control” for the cs directors managing our sponsor book of businessAs such, the bia is the curator of sponsor insights that are accurate, accessible and reliableThese insights support departmental initiatives, kpis and empower our conversations with sponsor customers, providing leverage points in business reviews to drive action and growthThese insights will also be translated into actionable steps for our sponsor engagement team.
You will create both standardized and custom reports, conduct quantitative analysis, provide support for internal customers and assess future needs and data integrityYou will partner cross-functionally to develop standardized tools, methodologies and business processes aimed at improving operational efficiencyYou will enable the telling of stories through derivative works from data analysis.

What you`ll be working on:
Data insights & intelligence
Lead documentation and review of all sponsor engagement business requirements for data products
Perform ongoing assessment of tools and dashboards relative to their usability, efficacy and adoption with their respective audiences
Lead documentation and review of all sponsor engagement business requirements and synthesize into viable data products
Analyze data and make suggestions on improvements
Participate in cross-functional discussions with other analysts and data experts across reify to ensure governance, alignment, and consistency
Help develop and manage platforms that support dashboarding and reporting used by the sponsor engagement team in partnership with the data, ops, sales and sponsor teams
Become a sponsor insights thought leader and trusted advisor to our sponsor engagement directors
Ad-hoc requests as needed
Sponsor outcomes
Build out an outcomes management framework to track customer goals and data points that will focus on value achieved relative to the baseline roiThis will help the customer to showcase business value, leading to customer delight, increased expansion opportunities and mutual success.
Work with staff and stakeholders to define key customer kpis and benchmark optimal outcomes to achieve results
Monitor progress and create briefs on both sponsor and internal kpis
Develop the customer health and risk framework for the sponsor engagement team to increase predictability, mitigate risk and scale our sponsor customer experience
Tell stories with data that help drive strategic business decisions
Support sponsor-facing deliverables for business reviews and kpi updates
What you bring to reify health:
3+ years of experience in computer science, finance, engineering, mathematics, computer science, economics, operations research, statistics, consulting or related field
Bachelor’s degree in related field (business or technical fields preferred)
Deep quantitative, analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills
Experience in translating business requirements into functional/business specifications
Proven ability to make measurable and meaningful customer impact
Proactive, positive, results-oriented attitude and flexibility in responding to changing circumstances and meeting critical deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Outstanding organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail, with strong ability to multitask
Sense of humor and ability to make light in hard situations
Savvy in google suite, excel, salesforce and data tools with ability to learn new software quickly
Project, program or product management experience
Ability to multitask, prioritize and quickly change priorities
Well honed analytical skills
