Redox is growing by leaps and bounds and is expanding our technical support team to ensure redoxers have the it resources they need to be successful.
As the it support engineer you’ll provide remote support for our end users, including troubleshooting, provisioning and mac managementYou’ll be responsible for resolving issues related to hardware and software in a remote environmentWe’re looking for someone who maintains a strong focus on end user satisfaction, even if it takes a little longer to resolve the issue.
What you`ll do
Provide daily remote support to redox end users
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with end users
Provision new user accounts for different tools
Resolve various account and computer issues
Assist with onboarding and security team tasks
Support it and operations projects
Basic jamf pro management
Suggest improvements on it processes and automations
Keep up to date with macos and security related issues
What we`re looking for
1-2 years strong macos support
1-2 years end user focused support
1-2 years strong troubleshooting skills
1 year jamf pro experience
Remote support experience
Basic scripting ability
What sets you apart
End user focused
Personality and skill working with remote end users
Patience and empathy when working with less skilled mac users
Ability to examine current processes and devise new automated processes
Windows support experience
