As the Enterprise Growth Programming Associate, you'll be integrally involved in helping Redesign Health's operating companies go to market and scale. In this role, you will build and manage the Enterprise Growth programming infrastructure, which generates business development opportunities for our portfolio of operating companies. Working closely with the Enterprise Growth team, you will support the founding teams of the Redesign Health portfolio by assessing their commercial needs and developing programs and pitch event opportunities to support their early traction and growth. Additionally, you will contribute to our ideation process by leveraging our advisor network to create a systematized infrastructure for feedback and insights that inform the development of Redesign Health companies. This role will report to the VP of Portfolio Growth and offers the flexibility to work remotely or from our NYC office, in accordance with Redesign Health's open work and travel policies.
What you’ll do:- Support the advisor acquisition and insights strategy to drive value for Redesign Health and our operating companies by aligning advisor profiles to business needs
- Coordinate contract administration, support advisor onboarding and in-person advisor network events
- Support the advisor network platform operations with a cross-functional team including marketing, product, and engineering
- Execute the Enterprise Growth programming strategy to enable commercial exposure and opportunities for our portfolio of operating companies at scale
- Leverage portfolio customer and prospect data to define member acquisition strategy across enterprise health, independent SMB provider groups, payors, associations, and employer markets
- Conduct program analysis and reporting for program participation, conversion, and outcomes
- Manage day-to-day coordination of program management including partner acquisition, internal and external awareness campaigns, Operating Company pitch preparation, and general logistics
- Consolidate and synthesize market insights and operating company feedback sourced from programming events to continuously improve program scalability and efficacy
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience working on a high-visibility, cross-functional team
- Experience working in or with enterprise healthcare companies (e.g., digital health, health plan, providers) preferred
- Proficiency with Docusign, Salesforce, Typeform, Zoom Surveying, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot or similar
- Experience building presentations, expertise in slide design (Powerpoint/Google slides)
