About the job: the red hat sales team is looking for a corporate inside account representative to join usIn this role, you will be essential in leading inbound and outbound demand response and supporting assigned account executives to promote growth in key accountsYou’ll need to have a specialized focus and alignment to ensure customer success as we continue to grow and scale at red hatSuccessful applicants must reside in a state where red hat is registered to do businessWhat you will do:
Grow incremental sales by partnering with account executives through lead routing, inbound demand response, customer relationship management (crm) tracking, demo and meeting coordination, contract and pricing support, and renewals support
Manage forecasts and pipeline, record sales activity, schedule follow-up activities as needed, and track customer data using crm tools
Control the life cycle selling process for all renewals, make risk and adoption assessments, and be responsible for renewal implementation and closure
Work with the sales, partner, finance, bid desk, legal, business, and operations teams to support quotations, price negotiations, contract development, and order fulfillment, ensuring compliance with internal processes
Engage with the entire account team and customers to promote net-new revenue growth in all accounts
What you will bring:
Good customer skills and knowledge of the red hat portfolio
Bachelor’s degree (ideally), or 2+ years of relevant experience
Solid organizational, time management, and project management skills
Ability to work well within a team and coordinate complex activities with a diverse set of internal stakeholders
Ability to use crm systems
