The role
Educate potential patients on the program, and confirm their interest when answering questions and providing clarification
Document insurance, provider, and clinical updates regarding patient health
Communicate with manager and other enrollers regarding nuanced patient logistics
Provide estimates for insurance eligibility including any copays or out of pocket costs
Maintain records and follow up for patients who are unable to begin care immediately
Send educational material to interested patients through email and other communication channels
Anticipate patient challenges and effectively answer questions/gaps in understanding
Educate patients and family members about recora`s program including the benefits of cardiac recovery and patient journey
Ensure timely follow-up response for patients expressing interest in program
Minimum requirements:
1-2 years of call center operations, healthcare enrollment, sales experience (cardiology a plus)
Knowledge of healthcare procedures, routines, regulations and medical terminology preferred.
Strong knowledge of, and experience working with, medical insurance
Comfort with technology, including google suite and crm software
Minimum of 20 hours/week required to dedicate to the role (hours are flexible - anytime 7am-8pm mon-fri, 8am-6pm sat-sun)
