Reali is looking for an experienced, srSales enablement training specialistIf you have helped to develop the skills of real estate agents, taking their business reach the next level, we would like to learn more about youThis person evaluates needs and current practices for sales enablement, and in turn, creates and delivers consistent, quality sales enablement learning experiences to agents and partner agents.
This position supports our real estate business channel, designing, creating, delivering, and measuring learning curriculum and programs, including new hire and skills enhancement training, leveraging learning technologies to train at scale effectively and efficiently.
Our specialist will have sales enablement training expertise and job-specific functional/ technical knowledge to deliver more complex subject matter as opportunities are availableThey will work closely with management to coordinate and identify learning needs as they ariseThis position is team-based, remote, full-time, pacific standard time hours, and with a highly competitive salary, bonus potential, stock options, benefits, perks, and more!
Compensation:
$90,000 - $120,000
Responsibilities:
Trains sales enablement from introductory to advanced levels.
On boards new hires and delivers skill development courses for existing employees.
Facilitates sales enablement learning through a variety of delivery methods (classroom, virtual training, conference calls, workshops, and occasionally large-scale live events)
Utilizes advanced facilitation engagement techniques including gamification, polling, breakout sessions, knowledge assessments, and role play.
Creates professional quality sales enablement job aids including playbooks, videos, and guides.
Designs and creates google slides, powerpoint, elearning, and other content to support training facilitation.
Builds programs to deliver end-to-end training solutions.
Leverages learning technologies such as sales enablement and revenue intelligence platforms, lms and hris systems, and other software tech to create scalable learning solutions that drive results.
Performs all administrative duties associated with conducting trainingThis includes conducting all pre-training prep work, communications, administering learning schedules and calendars, maintaining participant records (e.g., test scores, evaluations and attendance), and any other relevant admin tasks.
Implements strategies for measuring learning effectiveness that are tied to business outcomes.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Demonstrates behaviors that are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values.
Qualifications:
3+ years in a real estate sales enablement training capacity, including experience in instructional design, facilitation, coaching, content creation, and learning program management.
Not afraid of rolling up your sleeves and helping execute outside of your day-to-day responsibilities in a dynamic startup environment.
Excited by and filled with ideas to improve sales enablement training programs.
Excellent collaboration skills when working with leaders from other business units.
Ability to interpret data and translate into functional requirements.
Project management experience and organizational skills.
Must be highly proficient in google suite.
Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work collaboratively.
Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment.
Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management
Past or present real estate license
Highly desirable (nice to haves)
Experience with sales enablement platforms such as lessonly, brainshark, or mindtickle or other lxp (learning experience platform)
Active real estate license in california
