We`re currently seeking a talented and professional lead graphic designer to join our in-house marketing content teamYour core responsibilities will revolve around maintaining (and evolving) our brand look and feel, design projects across landing pages and our website, and mentoring other team members in the design craftThe senior marketing designer role can be performed remotely, in office or a hybrid of the two options.
Submissions without a portfolio will not be considered.
Help maintain and evolve the brand style guide
Work closely with marketing designers to provide creative direction, feedback, and first rounds of review
Keep current on design trends and industry technology, sharing findings with the team to facilitate new ways of thinking, working, and problem-solving
Design web pages, landing pages, digital & print ads, sales enablement content, and other projects as needed
Organize and scale our design systems
Work closely with copy and content writers on projects
Participate in brainstorms and other idea-generating team sessions
Use and contribute to design systems
Skills and experience
4+ years of professional graphic design experience
Advanced degree in related field or equivalent practical experience
Understanding of direct response marketing best practices including marketing design and conversion rate (cro) best practices
Proficiency with design tools such as photoshop, indesign, illustrator, and other adobe creative suite applications; experience with microsoft office suite (word, powerpoint) preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication
Openness to creative direction and feedback
Reliable, professional, strong work ethic
Desire to build and hone managerial skill set
Positive and collaborative team-oriented mindset with an ability to provide feedback
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong time management and organizational skills
Experience at a b2b or saas company
