The hr administrator supports the administrative and business functions of the human resources deptRelated to recruitment, payroll, benefits and employee engagementSupports hr initiatives and special projects as needed.
Maintain hr employee files Supporting recruitment activities including posting open positions, sourcing candidates, and screening resumes. Administer offer packages and coordinate the pre-employment and onboarding process in our business systems. Responsible for processing changes that affect payroll administration Ensure accurate employee data in all hr systems Administering rqip health and welfare benefit programs including employee enrollment and mid-year election changes Process bi-weekly hsa funding and payroll changes for 401k plan (contributions, loans) Support hr deptWith employee communications, education sessions and open enrollment Additional hr duties as assigned
Required skills and competencies
Bachelor’s degree in related field Minimum of two years of experience in an hr or complex administrative support role Superior organizational skills with ability to multi-task while handling highly confidential materials Previous knowledge of payroll processing and invoice reconciliation a plus Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills Strong proficiency in ms office suite (outlook, excel, word and pp a must) Experience working with an ats and hris system highly preferred
