Re/max, llc is seeking a technical engineering manager to oversee the crm software development teamThe role requires a strong background in team building and team leadership as well as robust technical experience across the tech stackWorking with the chief architect and product team, you will be a key leader in the re/max product organization.
Qualifications - the ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience:
As a technical leader, with 10+ years hands on software development
Overseeing all aspects of the technology organization including architecture and design, software development, quality assurance, devops, project management, security, and infrastructure.
Leading the day-to-day operations of the engineering organization
Delivering high quality software on time and on budget
Working with product to prioritize roadmap, size projects, set delivery dates and a track record of delivering on time.
Managing multiple projects and product cycles simultaneously
Developing a culture of accountability, responsibility, empowerment and respect (and fun!).
Hiring star performers, mentoring, motivating, and building high-performance teams
Growing a technology organization from ten to a hundred (or more) team members.
Working in, and developing, company-appropriate agile development practices.
Manage day-to day activities of the software development team
Establish and own the processes for product forecasting, scheduling and delivery
Manage the sprint process end-to-end, including daily standups, scrum and weekly reporting
Develop and implement processes ensuring product quality including automated testing and quality assurance function
Oversee release management, devops and the overall infrastructure to ensure uptime and availability
Hire, develop, and mentor engineering team members
Ensure the engineering is represented throughout the organization, and a strong understanding of the needs of our customer.
Develop and clearly communicate our technology strategy internally and externally.
Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic locationThe offer rate represents one component of the re/max holdings total compensation packageEmployees will also receive a number of benefits as listed belowOther compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
