We are currently looking for an inside sales manager to lead a team of 6-10 inside sales representatives, selling quest ism – unified endpoint management and security solutions in our austin, texas or remote u.sLocation#li-tb1 responsibilities:
Develop, coach, and manage an inside sales team
Develop territory to meet and exceed sales quota
Provide a product and services knowledge to prospective customers within multiple industries
Prospect to new b2b customers and develop value-based business relationships
Identify customer needs and requirements; recommend the appropriate products and solutions
Research, qualify, manage, and track leads and related sales activities
Relationship building with current customers and our partners
May be responsible for specific projects that span multiple teams.
Develops an understanding of internal operations and how related teams interact to achieve results
Ability to work in a fast-paced transactional environment
Qualifications:
1+ years of managing/ leading inside sales representatives
5+ years of quota carrying sales experience
Prior software sales experience
Preferences
Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years professional working experience
