Opportunity: as a retirement sales consultant with qpa, you can count on the support of subject matter experts that assist in the successful transition from prospecting to client acquisitionYou are a natural relationship-builder and you enjoy being engaged with and loyal to your advisor partners.
Responsibilities include:
Acquiring new business revenue through sales to new clients
Participating in team sales situations with other consultants and support personnel
Managing overall client relationships
Assist, educate, and develop other staff members in new client sales situations
Establishing and maintaining productive working relationships with financial professionals with the goal of earning their retirement plan business
Developing and maintaining internal company relationships consistent with, and in support of, our company culture
Requirements:
Skills and experience desired: ·
Strong erisa and plan design knowledge· ability to assist financial partners with client needs analysis and recommend the best solution for the client·
Ability to highlight qpa’s strengths and values without negative selling competitors·
Proven successful sales experience of administrative services for both qualified and non-qualified plans including defined benefit, cash balance, and defined contribution plans· excellent written and oral communication skills·
Ability to practice qpa’s core values of quality, integrity, service first
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
