This is an international freelance or international 1099/contract position, and candidates must be located within south america (argentina, bolivia, brazil, chile, colombia, ecuador, guyana, paraguay, peru, suriname, uruguay, venezuela, the falkland islands, south georgia and the south sandwich islands, or french guiana).

About the role:
As a graphic designer/art director, you are a hands-on visual designer who turns tactical business needs into creative vision and engaging, world-class designsYou`re driven to design brand stories that connect with customers across a variety of channels like paid media, web and experientialYou’re entrepreneurial, have a keen eye for aesthetics and have proven experience in working efficiently for flawless completion of your projects.
You will be responsible for championing the brand’s visual identity and maintaining consistency of our brand aesthetic across social media, web, experiential, print and videoIf you are also experienced in mobile app design, then we can’t wait to meet you!
Serve as brand guardian by implementing brand review of all creative projects produced by internal and external teams and championing the adoption of brand guidelines and other brand resources.
Concept and design executions across mediums including video, digital, social, ooh, on-platform ads, direct mail, collateral, email, external partnerships, experiential, and more.
Deep understanding of digital, social and emerging mediums to translate our brand(s) vision into engaging executions on visual platforms (e.gTik tok, instagram, etc...)
Create new marketing assets such as video, presentation decks, infographics, email, digital ads, social media posts and website content

Impeccable attention to detail, excellent art direction and design sensibility
Ability to work independently and methodically to meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills and comfortable interfacing with senior-level team members
Collaborate with marketing manager and digital marketing manager to proactively suggest new ideas, creative concepts and design solutions
Strong understanding of digital and social platforms
5+ years of experience in working for b2b brandsAdded bonus if that experience was with a tech brand
Advanced-level proficiency in adobe photoshop/illustrator/indesign
Must have a portfolio that shows strong design skills
Must be able to speak, read, and write in english
Must be living in the central standard time (cst) time zone, or within +1 or -1 hour of cst.
