Overview: quadax is growing! we want you to become the next member of our customer service team to deliver top notch support to patients, insurance companies, and providersResponsibilities:
Assist patients with inquiries regarding their accounts.
Obtain or confirm accurate billing information and distribute information to appropriate departments
Process credit card payments for various clients
Follow-up with all patient inquiry calls left on voicemail or requested by the client and/or production department.
Update patient demographic information.
Document all calls into the harp system detailing how they responded to the patient inquiry.
Assist other departments in between phone calls with various assignments as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or ged
Possess superior customer service skills.
Previous call center experience preferred, but not necessary.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
Proficient in using microsoft word and excel, helpful but not necessary.
Ability to read eob`s from insurance companies.
Understanding of medical terminology, helpful but not necessary.
