Overview: the project manager, sales role is responsible for leading large-scale projects from development through successful completion using best practices and methodologies of project managementThis role requires a highly resourceful, detail-oriented, and driven individual with the ability to partner, implement, and collaborate with cross-functional teamsLead multiple cross-functional projects and initiatives of varying timelines simultaneously across the americas sales organization.

Create and update sales dashboards and kpis that overview key performance indicators for internal and external purposesCoordinate and support sales initiatives, including annual channel partner programs, onboarding new hires, pipeline management, coordinating partner communication between sales and marketing, leading sales training for sfdc, bi, oracle iexpense & sharepoint, and tracking web and marketing tasks submitted on behalf of the sales teamManage project prioritization for the regional sales team.
Monitor the progress of projects and be the primary point of contact for internal and external concernsEnsure issues are resolved timely, and any shortfalls are resolved promptly, and to gain deeper insights into the internal and utilize all available tools and resources.
Bachelor`s degree preferred
5+ years of experience in an operational or project management
Excellent organizational and communications skills
Brand and channel management experience
Experience building and monitoring execution action plans
Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business
Ability to oversee multiple projects, deliverables, and resources independently
Execute projects under strict deadlines and handle numerous projects simultaneously with the flexibility to accommodate last-minute requests as needed
Engage and create strong business relationships with cross-functional teams and channel partners
Manage and facilitate project team meetings, with the intent to drive towards specific milestones
Ability to recognize brand and channel opportunities to either accelerate growth or leverage strengths
Planning and analysis experienceeffectively communicates and builds relationships at all organizational levels
Ability to summarize and present complex topics effectively to a broad audience
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with various levels in an organization
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, continually evolving business and work environment while balancing multiple priorities
Proficient in office applications and salesforce
