Work with industry-leading professionals who are eager to help you learn and grow. (and hey, we’d love for you to help us expand this list of savvy sourcing techniques and resources!) Build relationships with potential talent, enabling you to interview and present a strong and engaged pool of ready candidates to hiring managers for open positions. Partner with hiring managers and other functions to facilitate an exceptional employee experience, ushering candidates through the process from end to end, all with a high-touch, white glove approach. Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, colleagues, and internal clients to expand industry knowledge and generate leads. Act as a q-centrix brand ambassador, consistently delivering the q-centrix value proposition (evp) through candidate outreach and talent branding. Manage candidate pipeline and ensure accuracy of data within our team’s applicant tracking system (lever).
Passionate about communication and highly capable of connecting and engaging with a diverse pipeline of candidates. Super curious, hungry to learn, and unafraid of asking questions, and simultaneously driven to solve problems independently as needed. Detail-oriented and extremely organized. All about people! you love working with a variety of people across different teams and can’t wait to expand your network. Able to confidently manage multiple projects at once.
1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare. 1-3 years of sourcing experience. A bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, communications, or other related fields.
