The right candidate for this position will have clearly demonstrated the ability to successfully impact results, partner with various areas and teammates at all levels, and support an array of critical, program components and enhancementsThis role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, resourcefulness, familiarity with data and the ability to adapt to change.
Responsibilities are, but not limited to:
Proactive follow up with financial professionals on leads that have been distributed in sales force (clientlink) with an emphasis on leads not having tasks logged
Monitor leads that have been rejected and follow-up with field management on participation status
Monitor customer surveys and follow up with field management and the group insurance call center
Support financial professionals with questions and provide on-going training and best practices
Assist the director, strategic initiatives and execution, with all data and reporting needs, including making program recommendations based on data analysis
Monitor financial professional’s participation status and work with field management to onboard financial professionals to ensure proper geographical coverage
Conduct deep dive analysis on financial professional’s lead activity and overall sales numbers to develop executive presentations to be shared with field and internal leadership
Responsible for analyzing data and succinctly summarizing with actionable recommendations
Responsible for lead reassignment management
Responsible for partnering with team members to provide lead and sales activity, compared against plan and year over year, on a routine basis for senior leadership
Partner with sales and marketing on ad hoc data requests
Create clientlink dashboards for field and internal reporting use
Bachelor’s degree preferred
1-2 years’ experience in the financial services industry
1-2 years’ experience in an administrative, operational, program management, sales and/or marketing support role
Strong knowledge of microsoft office to include word, excel and powerpoint
Working knowledge of prudential advisors and group insurance
Sales force/clientlink experience preferred
Program management knowledge
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skill with the ability to work across functional teams with all levels of the organization
Good problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Must be flexible and adapt easily to change

Salary range specific to colorado: $51,500-69,500 + discretionary incentive bonus + benefitsEligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performanceIn addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
