Senior manager, producer sales - medicare and individual sales at providence health plan partners
This position will be remote based in orange county, ca with the home office in portland, or.
The sr manager of producer sales is responsible for the oversight of the producer/agent sales team and producer/agent channel in order to drive sales growth within the medicare advantage sales organization in orange county, caThe producer sales team works closely with independent producers/agents to support their sales efforts and grow their providence book of businessThe sr manager is measured by their ability to arm the producer/agent channel with assets and knowledge to drive productivity and great sales conversationsIn this role they are responsible for developing, executing and supporting producer channel solutions and programs to drive conversion and attainment of key kpi`s.
Qualifications:
Required qualifications:
Bachelor`s degree
7 years leadership experience in sales, sales planning and/or strategy consulting.
Experience with salesforce.com platform.
Proven thought leader with verifiable track record of successfully leading major cross organization sales process/programs, from design to execution.
A track record of success leading a sales planning and strategy function, sales teams and outcomes in a dynamic environment.
Experience carving territories across multiple sales roles and territories.
Experience building headcount plans and capacity models.
8 years proven success in a sales, sales support and/or enablement management.
Experience working with curriculum and/or instructional designers.
Preferred qualifications:
Master`s degree in business administration.
