The asset protection division of protective life corporation has been providing f&i solutions for the automotive industry since 1962We proudly serve thousands of dealerships in the automotive, rv, powersports and marine industries by providing innovative f&i products, training and technology. The lender relations product manager is responsible for managing the form specialist team to ensure our product forms obtain lender approvals and are implemented both internally and externally as requiredThis includes working closely with the product mangers, and various departments including sales and compliance to identify a filing strategy based on the specific dealer and lender requirementsIn addition, the lender relations product manager will build and strengthen solid relationships with the lender partners through regular and direct communication.
Communicate regularly with lenders to build strong relationships with our lender partners to position us to effectively resolve issues and provide feedback regarding the requirements process. Identify process and documentation improvements to continually improve the overall lender approval timeline and enhance the customer experience. Communicate with the sales team. Manage the forms specialist team and oversee their work on the lender approval process, documentation of lender approvals and expiration dates, resolution of issues (forms held for funding, dms form entitlement requests, expired forms, etc.), implementation of new and revised product forms with both internal (dealer services, it, sales support) and external (dealer management system and menu providers) customers. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum 3 years product specific knowledge Minimum 2 years operational management or equivalent experience Good understanding of property & casualty insurance processes and procedures Strong system/computer skills-spreadsheets, databases, internet Bachelor’s degree Familiar with multiple distribution channel processes F&i experience is not required but is considered a plus
Self-starter, able to prioritize and work independently Ability to handle multiple projects/assignments at the same time Well organized and detail oriented Excellent written and oral communication skills Team player Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
