The time & labor support specialist provides first level client support in a team atmosphere, and acts as the main point of contact for our t&l services for an assigned group of clients
Communicating with clients via phone and email to provide assistance with technical, navigational, and time system related inquiries
Work as a liaison with other departments to provide excellent customer service to our customers
Support our clients on their questions about our time and labor product and maintain in depth knowledge of our time and labor product, features and usage
Assist clients with time clock set-up, communication, and functionality
Build and adjust time and attendance parameters, accrual policies, attendance policies, etc.
Research various time system issues for internal and external clients
Work with various file imports/exports
Use analytical skills to trouble shoot and solve problems
2 years of time & labor support experience
Loves good technology
Requires minimal management input
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
Provide world-class customer service
Strong data interpretation skills to form actionable suggestions to management
Compensation: dependent on experience
