Conduct a high-volume of discovery calls, product demos and phone calls to customers to qualify and guide through sales process
Prospect within your territory as needed to fill your pipeline.
Build and maintain a full cycle pipeline of business from lead to close in hubspot
Ability to identify pain points, articulate our value proposition, and provide tailored solutions for each prospect
High ability to close or drive outside business to exceed quota goals
Maintain weekly sales metrics to forecast and achieve quarterly quotas
Selling annual contracts & expanding existing user base through upsells and cross sells
Champion the project management space including understanding methodologies, challenges, and competitor positioning
Collaborate with other teams to deliver new sales collateral, develop a/b tests, create customer communications, and share best practices
3+ years saas sales experience (high-volume transactional sales preferred)
Proven track record in achieving sales goals (high close rate)
The ability to coach and be coached
Self-starter with an ability to perform in a wfa environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organized and process driven
Comfortable selling to executives and highly intelligent decision makers
Previous consultative sales experience and cold-calling experience
Strategic and able to analyze data to make decisions
