Position description/overview:
Press ganey currently has an exciting opportunity for a remote account manager.
The account manager is responsible for client set-up, ongoing account maintenance, and day to day service inquiriesThey build relationships with client contacts to insure that needs are being metThey also work collaboratively with external and internal teams to problem solve.
This role resides within the payer business unitThe account manager is also part of an account team consisting of a regional director and advisors.
Duties & responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with client contacts
Manage day to day client support, assuring all client inquiries are being responded to quickly, efficiently, and effectively.
Escalates inquires that need attention from other team members as appropriate; ensuring a resolution is reached and the client is informed.
Resolves all basic technology and web-application support inquiries independently while triaging calls that go beyond the basic support.
Facilitate a collaborative team environment for both internal and external clients
Problem solve internal and external client issues
Provide ongoing support for new and existing products
Qualifications:
1-3 years of customer service, health care or project management experience preferred.
Proven excellence in the support and service to complex and demanding customers is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficiency with microsoft office (word, excel, outlook, etc.)
Ability to work in a team environment
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree
