Who you are:
The ideal candidate has a successful and proven background in leading strategic and tactical sales and revenue efforts, preferably in a fast-growing saas companyThe person will report directly to the ceo and will be a key driving force in leading and building a high-performing sales functionThis person must be comfortable as an authentic leader, coach, and role model, and when necessary, a hands-on player able to close the most important strategic dealsThey will be a driven person with a strong commitment to the company`s mission, fostering a positive and winning culture, and implementing business practices in a highly scalable, and sustainable way.
What you’ll do:
Sales leadership, and sales operations, with a demonstrated history of improving sales productivity by providing data-driven insights for strategic planning and sales enablement
Cultivate and maintain our winning culture through clear performance expectations and driving the right behaviors through clear direction, transparency, proactive communication, and empathy
Recruiting, developing, coaching, and managing a team of high-performing inside sales professionals.
Consistently iterate and improve key sales metrics reporting for the organization in conjunction with executive leadership.
Collaborate with finance to design compensation and incentive programs that engage and motivate the sales team while driving continual improvements in productivity
Forecasting revenue growth, analyzing kpis, and managing the sales pipeline marketing-generated leads
Who you are:
You have extensive knowledge of sales process/methodology, pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and delivering results quarterly
You are well versed in sales operations and associated tools
You are a champion for the company’s products and services
You have demonstrated ability in building, leading, and coaching a team remotely.
Hands-on approach to sales change management and a lead-by-example attitude
Manage, coach, develop and train a team of inside sales reps.
Mastery of motivating and energizing the broader team and peers, with a proven ability to create a highly collaborative working environment
Required skills & qualification
Bachelor/master`s degree in relevant field
10+ years of professional experience in sales and sales management in an adjacent sector of pex ie saas, fintech, payments
Senior-level sales leadership experience in a fast-growing (saas) company
Strong technical expertise in all communications and reporting modalities
Demonstrated ability to support multiple product lines in a growing, fast-paced environment
Experience with using the following analytical tools: salesforce, outreach.io, gsuite, excel
Exceptional track record of successful sales results, including consistently meeting and exceeding planned objectives.
Knowledge of and experience with saas product and/or subscriptions preferred
Unlimited paid time off (pto)
