Precision diagnostics, based in san diego, california is afast-growingclinical laboratory that specializes in providing quantitative drug testing, primarily for the purpose of helping physicians monitor their patients undergoing treatment for pain or substance abusePrecisions objective is to improve patient adherence/compliance with their prescription regimen and protect medical practices from liability.
The workers compensation coordinator (wcc) works is responsible for contacting provider offices based on payor-directed workers comp (wc) drug testing, educating these providers on our services, and explaining the drug testing processThe wcc will monitor/support the wc process from end to endThe ideal candidate is personable, confident, has superior communication skills, experience in working within multiple data entry systems, thrives as a collaborative team player, and is comfortable in a fast paced, environment.
Monitors claimant lists received by wc insurer.
Calls appropriate provider offices to walk them through wc process and answer any questions.
Responsible for obtaining completed wc documentation forms from providers.
Performs work objectives both independently and collaboratively with various departments.
Monitors wc kits.
Communicates with client services to ensure completed results are sent to appropriate wc insurers per their requested delivery.
Follows all sops as they relate to wc.
Assists with shipping of supplies to customers.
Updates records and spreadsheets as required.
Assists in obtaining necessary documentation as needed to ensure specimens can be processed.
What you bring to the table:
Minimum of 2 years outbound sales and/or customer service experience.
Strong knowledge of microsoft office (outlook, excel, teams, one drive and word).
One (1) year of data entry experience.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to overcome objectives over the phone.
College degree preferredHigh school diploma or ged required.
Ability to multi-task with a high degree of attention to detail.

This position is full-time
This position is currently 100% remote
Option to work on-site at headquarters once office re-opens, no relocation assistance package.
Standard hours would be 9am-5pm pst, hours may vary as needed
Must be able to sit at a desk for prolonged periods and working on a computer.
