Who we need
A driven and focused graphic designer to work with the chief creative officer and the client creative services teamto help develop the creative and communications strategies for corporate communications and client venture teamsThe successful candidate will be a resourceful, hands-on design professional that can use modern design tools to independently `get the job done.`
What you`ll deliver
Craft the strategic design solutions, developing marketing materials and storytelling presentations consistent with corporate positioning.
Assist in developing the brand and style guide for consistent usage.
Develop public-facing online and real-life experiences, including events, social media, email campaigns, newsletters, and other lead generation programs.
Work with internal business development and other partners to deliver visually modern and concise project proposals for clients.
Operate as a resource to the c-level executives to support keynote speeches and appearances at industry events.
Collaborate with team ux / ui designers to develop any branding, websites, and marketing materials the teams will need during their incubation.
Partner with team storyteller designers and venture teams leads to develop the visual storytelling for the venture teams, delivering clear and compelling pitch decks with world-class infographics.
What you bring
Experience leading other teammates in design and digital deployment.
A good understanding of visual design topics, including branding, visual hierarchy, grid systems, and typography.
The ability to design compelling presentations and pitch decks that boldly and clearly tell stories.
An understanding of information architecture and methods for organizing complex and diverse types of content, and of methods for visualizing the customer context, customer journeys, etc.
A curious mind and the ability to naturally make connections between diverse fields and industries.
A clear and persuasive written and oral communication style.
The ability to work quickly and efficiently in a very fast-paced, multi-task, collaborative environment.
A positive attitude, resilience, and comfort with ambiguity, as well as the ability to contribute to strong team dynamics.
Ability to work effectively with a range of different organizations and people at all levels.
Willingness to be flexible and work when the work is needed, sometimes at odd hours.
What we require
3+ years of work experience as a designer for marketing teams or related domains.
Degree from an accredited university or college in design or equivalent training / work experience.
The ability to wireframe and prototype at various levels of fidelity.
Fluency in the following design programs: adobe creative cloud, webflow, sketch, keynote / powerpoint / google slides.
Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and visual communication, as well as effective interpersonal skills.
Working knowledge of startups and the venture capital ecosystem a plus.
