As a contracts manager, you’ll partner with teams across pipedrive, including marketing, finance, sales, brand and engineeringYou’ll manage pipedrive’s third party contracts, collaborate closely with internal departments, and help us build our legal infrastructure.
What you`ll do:
Ownership and management of the company’s third-party contracting process such as sales, saas, licensing, partnership, distribution, commercial, real estate, infrastructure and non-disclosure agreements
Work with the data protection and infosec teams to ensure new tools are vetted and risks mitigated
Ensure contracts are assigned to the correct company contracting entity and are duly signed
Working with business stakeholders to address their questions and concerns
Facilitate the swift review and approval of contracts – prioritizing urgent deadlines as required
Manage the contracts database, keeping an eye on renewals
Collaborate with senior executives and employees throughout the organization and, if necessary, with attorneys
You will develop and implement standard templates, forms and processes for the vendor agreement review
Help building and improving legal department processes
Recognize when to escalate issues and engage attorneys for legal support
What we`re looking for:
At least 3–6 years of experience as a contract manager, corporate paralegal or in a similar job function
Prior experience working at a software/cloud-based/saas company
Familiarity with an multi-national, fast-paced environment where priorities shift
Extraordinary attention to crucial details
Enthusiasm and passion for learning about technology, law and business
Someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, hard-working, optimistic and collaborative
A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment
Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
Someone with a b.a./b.sWith excellent academic credentials or relevant experience
