You are responsible for
Leading your team of service solution account managers by measuring and monitoring account manager metrics on a regular cadence and managing performance through tools available in the performance achievement plan.
Partner and assist in commercial sales order attainment by positioning service as part of overall orders.
Lead sales team in development and/or achievement of:
Territory and strategic account plans
Funnel management
Deal strategies
Forecasting accuracy
Crm compliance
You are a part of
The zone leadership team for service solution salesYou will report into the head of service solutions, and you will lead a team of 7+ individual contributor account managers in the west zone.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or equivalent years of experience in the field.
10 plus years of related experience in sales and/or service.
3 plus years of experience in sales in b2b environment.
Proven track-record of success in an account management role.
Prior team management/leadership experience, strongly preferred

Must live in the west zone and be able to travel.
