You are responsible for

Leads the project, within the project budget in terms of quality, customer satisfaction, time, information and organization, monitoring progress and managing external resources.
Ensures appropriate communication between implementation team members to ensure success, efficiency and risk mitigation.
Directs project team members and gives them operational guidance.
Creates and executes explicit action plans that satisfies both customer and business goals, while working collaboratively with implementation teams.
Reports on employees’ performance to the hierarchical superior of the employees for the purpose of appraisal and may make proposals for training.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related healthcare field or equivalent combination of academic and work experience (pmp certified or working towards certification)
5+ years of experience in healthcare information technology, with a focus in cardiology informatics, hemodynamics and cardiology workflow
5+ years of experience in customer service delivery, with a focus on project management
Strong knowledge within lean six sigma; minimum of green belt or equivalent experience
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, customer service and communication skills
Strong knowledge of hardware solutions, virtual computing environments and networking solutions and basic knowledge of the following dicom, hl7 and clinical workflows
