The lead generation specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leadsThis individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including prospect lists, discovery and individual researchThe incumbent will work directly with sales directors and executive team to drive the top of the sales funnel process with a particular focus on prospecting, qualifying, identifying decision makers and assisting sales directors with needs analysis.

Roles & responsibilities:
Researching potential customers who would benefit from our services
Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media
Clearly communicate our service offering and accurately record qualifying questions
Manage data for new and prospective clients within crm (apptivo) ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached
Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel
Facilitate initial sales meetings between sales directors and qualified customers
Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards
Weekly sales strategies meetings with the sales team and regular communication with individual sales team members
Measure and track your daily lead generation activity against weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual goals
Bachelor’s degree or 5 years relevant experience
5 years inside sales and or marketing experience.
Proven track record of success in lead generation.
Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented
Strong phone prospecting and selling experience.
Must be skilled in the use of crm.
Ability to maintain sales leads, opportunities and revenue pipeline effectively.
High level of integrity, professionalism and sense of urgency
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills a must.
Experience with g suite a positive
Job type: 1099 initially; transition to full-time employee
Pay: commission-based initially; combination of salary and commission after sales targets are reached or when company achieves funding objectives
Monday to friday standard business hours; some evening/weekend hours may be required
Sales: 5 years (preferred)
Marketing: 5 years (preferred)
