This is a great opportunity for a digital marketing strategist to come in and make this role their ownYou will own and optimise our global clients paid marketing strategies across search, social and display to increase brand awareness and drive best in market talent to our clients` opportunitiesAligned with our disruptive “give and get” employer brand methodology and sophisticated careers site strategies, we need an experienced digital marketing account manager to support our clients in activating these mega products or helping them tackle their broader talent challengesIn the world of recruitment, digital advertising is under-utilized and there is a wealth of opportunity for phTo help our clients win in this spaceDay to day you will be building multi-channel campaigns from scratch for our clients and be their hub of knowledge and constant support throughout the course of the campaignThis will include audience targeting, budgeting, creative deployment and testing & optimisation to meet specific talent kpisYou will also need to monitor and report on performance, sharing learnings across the team and to our clients.

What will the role look like on a day to day basis?

Own and optimise our clients paid marketing strategies across search, social and display to increase brand awareness and drive relevant traffic of applicants to careers sites.
Work with our internal team (and where applicable, external suppliers) to build multi-channel campaigns from scratch.
Monitor and report on performance, sharing learnings across the team and to our clients.
Bring digital marketing to an industry with so much untapped opportunity and potential
You will have access to your own project coordinator, ppc manager, seo specialist and team designer to support you in launching and managing campaigns

What you`ll need to bring...
In terms of experience and expertise, here’s what we’re looking for:
Strong project management skills
Proven ability to collaborate and co-create with team members across multiple functions.
A deep understanding of digital media, creativity and best practice.
Strong media planning skills and ability to create unbelievably good marketing plans and strategies for a wide range of clients.
Be data literate, obsessing over metrics and reporting and using the numbers to direct your decisions with insight and confidence.
Superb communication and client-facing presentation skills.
Fresh knowledge of the latest trends, tech, and practices and marketing, digital, and media.
Plus, if you can bring any of these non-essentials, that’d be a bonus: the nice-to-haves:
Experience of in a global or multi-national organisation.
Hands on ppc or seo experience
Additional languages – which may come in handy with global client teams.
