Learning and talent development leader for the americas region
This role reports to the global head of capability development and talent management
Partner with hr on the collaboration and implementation of the global learning and talent initiatives.
Conduct org-level needs assessments to determine talent readiness as well as current and future state gaps
Support the integration and global implementation of key behavioral learning initiatives that close critical skill gaps, and support the philosophy of managers as coaches
Mobilize and empower your team to partner with team members and subject matter experts to deliver the best solutions and provide best-in-class service to stakeholders and hr
Provide thought leadership, methodology and tools to positively influence talent and leadership initiatives and organizational transformations
Facilitate learning events and team effectiveness sessions
Conduct assessment of learning and development needs across the region and partner with business leaders and stakeholders to develop a multi-year strategy and roadmap to developing critical leadership skills to build the future leaders of pki
Develop, design, and implement internal training programs, events, and development activities consistent with business needs and strategy.
Build and deploy globally relevant frameworks, technologies, tools, and programs that will help employees gain feedback, identify, and build requisite skills, navigate career paths, and build networks of mentors and advocates
Develop assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs based on stated goals.
Drive continuous improvement of regional training programs through identifying areas for improvement and leading enhancements.
Actively and effectively communicate and market learning and development activities throughout the organization.
8-10 plus years experience experience facilitating the delivery of talent, learning & development solutions within a global organization, ideally within a manufacturing or engineering sector
Minimum of 5+ years specific experience with implementing talent planning and leadership development solutionsMust include designing and implementing enterprise-wide talent solutions inclusive of talent identification frameworks, succession planning, and high-potential development.
Operational training experience
Must be able to support the development and delivery of training modules for common business competencies
In-depth understanding of talent, learning & development practices and experience of multiple delivery mechanisms
High degree of interpersonal and human relations skills
Must be able to collaborate with and consult with a wide range of people across the business
Self-managing individual, capable of working autonomous
