Paxful is searching for an associate, ccx-training/knowledge management who is great at building relationships with team members, communicating with stakeholders, coordinating personnel, documenting procedures, advocating and consulting on behalf of and with the customer experience team, and owning the work assigned for it to evolve enough to join our customer experience teamThis role will provide a dedicated individual to keep customer experience informed and up to date by owning training’s support readiness program, as well as internal content documentationYou will be based out of the united states and report to our manager, ccx- training and quality
As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will entail:
Build relationships with stakeholders and beyond to maintain, grow, and create channels of communication
Communicate with stakeholders and beyond regarding product changes and their impact on cx and customers
Coordinate readiness efforts to ensure that cx is prepared with all necessary provisions ahead of time
Document product, process, procedure, and policy within the org’s knowledge base
Advocate on behalf of cx and end users to ensure the unique requirements of our team are shared and understood by stakeholders looking to launch updates
Consult with cx teams on various solutions e.g.crafting customer responses, process creation, policy recommendations, etc
Own the workSupport readiness is a program with structure and foundation and work-flows, but needs an owner to continually evolve and improve them.
The most important skill and capabilities for this role are:
Project management (not looking for certified pms)
Should have experience with
Customer experience teams
G-suite, basics of jira/confluence,
Rapidly changing work environments
Working with globally diverse teams
Previous project management experience (informal is fine, just need examples)
Personal experience with paxful products
Work well independently as well as collaboratively
At least three years in a customer experience role with examples of peer leadership and impactful problem solving.
Excellent verbal and written english
Ability to make decisions based on critical thinking and analysis
Experience with multiple contact channels and/or specialty teams is a plus (at paxful or elsewhere)
Detail-oriented with an investigative streak; balancing being thorough with expediency
