We`re looking for a sales operations coordinator to join our growing sales operations teamYou`ll be critical to pathai diagnostics sales operations recruiting and training process - from scheduling and coordinating interviews, initial screening of candidates, assisting with the on-boarding process of new hires and working cross-functionally across the organization to support special projects.
What you`ll do:
Source candidates and schedule interviews for the diagnostic sales team to execute a seamless interview process
Coordinate and execute new hire on-boarding and sales training courses
Maintain administrative systems for data integrity and streamlined processes
Support the sales operations team with other tasks and projects as necessary, especially data analysis
Consistently and clearly communicate with internal teams regarding updates to top search priorities and projects
Contribute to and continuously improve sales operations processes and overall recruiting and training processes.
Develop a strong understanding of all of pathai diagnostics products and services with the ability to communicate features and benefits of products and services with new sales hires and candidates
What you`ll need:
1+ year of recruiting, coordination, or customer service experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong ability to multitask and prioritize - you`ll have a lot of requests thrown your way
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you`ll be the main point of contact for many candidates and facilitating training courses
Passion for problem solving and creative thinking - crafting interview schedules around busy calendars should excite you
Empathy and flexibility - you`ll provide excellent customer service to both candidates and interviewers
Nice to have:
Track record for successfully identifying and qualifying exceptional candidates
Experience utilizing linkedin recruiter
Experience with an ats (such as greenhouse) preferred
