We are seeking a full-time nurse case manager to work in our telephonic case management (tcm) unit assigned to single customer dedicated teamThis is a home-office based positionThis individual is responsible for telephonic case management of work related injuries which includes assessment, planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of injured/disabled individualsThe case manager works with insurance carriers, medical care providers, attorneys, employers and employees, and closely monitors the progress of the injured worker and reports results back to the employer and insurance carrier.

Current registered nurse (rn) ca and compact state licensure required Additional tn and ga certifications preferred Ccm certification preferred National certification a plus Case management experience required Experience managing workers comp claims preferred 5 years prior tcm experience preferred Full-time; traditional monday-friday business hours Strong team and collaborative skills Excellent organization skills and ability to meet deadlines Excellent pc and technology skills Excellent communication skills- written, verbal and interpersonal
