The ecommerce web merchandising specialist is primarily responsible for utilizing our core systems including salesforce commerce cloud, coremedia content management, content square and adobe analytics to flawlessly execute our online trading strategy and continuously optimize the consumer journey while maximizing revenue on us and canadian websites.
The ideal candidate is a salesforce commerce cloud business manager expert with a creative side and solid experience managing catalogs, taxonomy, promotions and campaigns, dynamic merchandising such as einstein, seo, sorting and onsite searchIn addition, experience working in coremeida or similar content management tool that manages marketing related collateral including homepage, site banners and landing pages is required.
The role also plays a key role in ensuring new features and functionality are fully tested and rolled out working cross-functionally with local and global stakeholders.
Manage the salesforce commerce cloud business manager ecommerce platform, partnering with other site merchandising specialists to execute the day to day website merchandising tasks on both us and ca sites and deliver in a timely manner.
Support website merchandising tasks partnering with ecommerce team – including product set up, categorization, promotion and campaign set up based on the commercial calendar with full website replication responsibilities using sfcc business manager.
Optimize navigation, sorting, refinements and onsite search identifying opportunities utilizing business manager, content square and adobe analytics; drive changes based on consumer behavior and competitive insights.
Build and iterate upon global content including homepages, banners and landing pages for both us & canadian websites following global guidelines while localizing for north american markets.
Work closely with manager, optimization and testing to execute and iterate on a/b tests to optimize and personalize the consumer journey.
Build and test online promotions and campaigns ensuring a frictionless omni-channel experience for customers.
Execute seo strategies presented by agency partners.
Maintain site faq and transactional emails utilizing salesforce service cloud
Coach the team members on sfcc business manager, and share knowledge & key insights, platform releases & functionality with the wider team.
Build strong internal relationships with us ecommerce, merchandising, operations and wider marketing & global ecommerce teamCollaborate with and learn from colleagues in similar roles globally.
Something about you:
2 to 4 years’ experience working in salesforce commerce cloud business manager
1 to 3 years’ experience working in coremedia content management tool (or similar)
1 year experience working in salesforce service cloud
Familiarity with html, css and xml
Proficient in content square, adobe analytics or similar
Salesforce commerce cloud (sfcc) business manager experience required
Coremedia content mangaement (or similar) experience required
Jira ticketing system experience required
Adobe analytics experience required
Content square experience is preferred
Basic html, css and xml knowledge required
Experience in best practices of testing, optimization and drivers of online conversion
Experience with seo, a/b testing and einstein dynamic merchandising is preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality of work
Must be able to perform well in a deadline-driven, rapidly changing environment
