The engagement manager is a key member of implementation services teamThis position brings expert product and industry knowledge to lead the implementation and use of prescriber, organization and national level data for a designated set of customersEstablishes a dynamic partnership to promote the use of symphony national and sub-national offerings – including, but not limited to, prescriber source, nonretail source, phast, and metysResponsible for expanding client relationships, and enhancing business development opportunities.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Establish, maintain and grow client relationships within existing client organizations
Key client interface and assisting client conversion projects of new clients to symphony offerings
Plan and manage workflow to ensure attainment of department objectives
Collaborate with sales teams and principals to ensure success of pitches, presentations, and communications for aligned clients
General care and feeding of existing product offerings – inclusive of both sub-national and national
User guide creation for new products / line extensions
Partnering with sales and operations teams to ensure that assigned client business needs and issues are accurately identifiedEnsure that solutions are appropriately proposed, deliverables aligned and timelines adhered too
Utilize active listening and interpreting skills to ensure needs of clients are identified, that specifications are accurate, and communications are clear and concise
Continually create and maintain positive working relationships with the team, peers, and management
What do you have?
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sciences or equivalent
5+ years progressively responsible experience in providing consulting or analysis of prescriber, organization, national or payer-level data
Experience in building successful client relationships
Demonstrated ability to learn a complex product line quickly through self-initiative and discipline
Understanding and implementation of voc
Strong communication skills, including written and oral communication
Strong computer skills with emphasis on microsoft office suite proficiency
Strong analytical skills
Consultative selling skills
Product / solution knowledge within t&c applications
Ability to work as part of a collaborative team
