With the number of open roles across teams increasing after recently closing a $57m round of funding, we're looking for experienced full-cycle technical recruiters to join us who are motivated and excited by the opportunity to impact and grow a company building groundbreaking products at a global scale. Own full recruitment process including interview, feedback and offer stages Understand and be able to clearly articulate both pex’ business and technology stack Identify creative and unique ways to source and engage active and passive talent/candidates Conduct screening interviews with candidates in order to assess candidate’s overall fitness for the role Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team fit Create and foster a diverse candidate pipeline Prioritize and act as a champion for candidate experience and engagement through timely and active communication and follow-up Represent pex with integrity and professionalism by understanding and being able to clearly articulate pex’s business objectives and technology stack Work on special projects to optimize the team’s documentation, process development, workflows, candidate experience, and talent strategy initiatives
At least 2 years of experience in full cycle recruitment Excellent written and verbal communication Exceptional attention detail, organizational skills, and follow-through Experience using unconventional methods to source candidates Experience using various applicant tracking systems Proven track record of identifying and qualifying top talent across engineering, marketing, product, design, and business development teams Proactive with taking on new projects across the hiring spectrum to improve and shape team processes Ability to think critically, adapt quickly, and work independently and within a collaborative team Comfortable working in a remote environment with a dynamic structure and developing process
