Pdi is looking for a highly motivated, results-driven sales assistantSales assistants provide contracts and support to the sales team with non-standard contractsIt is a role that works with executive management to gain the approval of contractual concessions, assuring contractual compliance with pdi’s policies, and risk management requirements.
Draft and review software agreements, including software license, hosting and ndas.
Collaborate and partner effectively with sales, legal, and finance.
Assist executives, sales professionals and legal with matters relating to our standard contract templates and agreements already in place with customers.
Regularly contribute to and refine templates, playbooks, and guidance documentsSupport department-wide efforts to organize, manage, and archive contracts and agreement templates.
Update customer records in salesforce as required
Collaborate with the sales staff to actively monitor software license rates and terms
Maintain updated knowledge of company software and services
Prepare, administer and coordinate customer quotations, proposals, bids, orders, contracts and specifications in an efficient manner.
3-4 years of relevant experience with a software company or equivalent experience
Inability to draft commercial transactions using microsoft office templates.
Strong business acumen
Team player, willing to pitch in where needed, learn and adapt to change
Experience using salesforce or other crm software
Experience in the convenience store, logistics and/or wholesale fuel markets
