Job summary
As part of the internal sales team, this position is responsible support advisor services, partnering with team members to, respond to advisor inquiries, manage fund changes, internal conversions and closing new businessInternal sales specialists are friendly, well-spoken, and prepared to assist in closing opportunities and executes workflow and activities to ensure a smooth sales process and transition to on-boarding.
Requirements:
Primary responsibilities:
Work in a team environment to ensure advisor relationship development through providing exceptional advisor serviceAdvising and liaising with financial advisors on key responsibilities such as support new business process, manage sales mailbox and vm, manage lead referrals, fund changes/internal conversions and general advisor service calls
Being proactive with regards to financial advisor needs; meet deadlines, focus on quality and providing status updates and resolving issues that may arise.
Leverage technology ensuring data integrity, capturing client/prospect information and perform report generation/analysis and disseminate accordingly
Support, coordinate, and participate in special projects which support our overall sales distribution and retention strategy including (but not limited to) workflow development, new product rollouts, and delivery.
Work with management to refine selling skills through training, coaching and other sales related experiences.

Required skills & experience:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Some industry experience preferred.
Working knowledge of qualified retirement plans and investments a plus.
Highly self-motivated, ability to work independently and problem-solve
Desire to grow in your career
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fluid environment
Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Excellent listening, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail and strong customer service skill
Ability to exercise independent, mature judgment, and prioritize tasks as needed.
Proficiency with ms office requiredSalesforce experience a plus.
Sitting, typing and computer monitor viewing for extended periods.
