What you'll do
As a deployment strategist, you will work as part of a team of product designers, data engineers and software engineers to implement oa’s flagship platform atomReporting to the director of operations, your key responsibilities will include:
Working with client management teams and other stakeholders to define financial and operational reporting requirements to guide platform design and implementation;
Preparing, testing and validating financial models, using our suite of advanced technology tools, to deliver meaningful reporting to key stakeholders in a digestible format;
Manage daily interactions with clients to ensure a smooth and surprise-free delivery of our solutions and to ensure their requirements are met; and
Providing feedback to our software engineering and product development teams to drive our product roadmap and future reporting features to better serve our clients.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field;
2+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling;
Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience;
Working knowledge of financial strategies;
Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills;
Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment;
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; and
Experience working with tableau or other business intelligence platforms is a plus.
A desire to implement second-level thinking and a strong desire to dive to find answers to complex business problems; and
an ability to scale findings and proposals to audiences ranging from business analysts to senior executives and other key stakeholders.
