Full job description
We have a position available for a graphic designerYou will be responsible for creating high-quality, attractive design material for both digital & print media as well as properly archiving client collateralThis is a fast-paced work environment, so you will be required to work quickly, but efficientlyYou will work closely with as well as report directly to the art director/production managerThis is a full time, permanent, contracted 1099 positionWe need someone for 35 hours a week.
Position requirements include, but are not limited to:
- designing print advertisements for publications, nationwide
- 2-5 years related experience; knowledge of print production/pre-press is a plus, but not necessary
- proficient in adobe (photoshop, illustrator, indesign)
- must be able to keep up with work pace.
- must be familiar with using google drive/sheets and trello
- minimum: intermediate skills in google docs & gmail
- _editing and proofreading skills are a plus_
Mandatory requirements:
- reliable high speed internet access
- reliable phone for contact
- a computer that can handle adobe applications
Applicant must be:
- self-motivated, detail oriented, organized, and dependable
- work well under pressure of deadlines
- be able to speak, read and write in fluent english.
- possess the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- have strong communication/phone skills, verbal/written as well as excellent people and customer service skills is a must
- have strong work ethic; reliability and punctuality are a must
- have reliable transportation
