About the roleThe Senior Manager of Product Implementation will oversee the enhancement of Oscar's innovative capabilities. You will identify important areas for innovation transformation, develop plans to implement and manage these projects through aligning innovation goals with our broader goals and strategy.
You will report to the Director of Optimization.
This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, or Washington, D.C. Note, this list of states is subject to change. #LI-Remote
The base pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington is: $132,000 - $173,250 per year. The base pay for this role in all other locations is: $118,800 - $155,925 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits and annual performance bonuses.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End ownership of product implementation including brainstorming, team member agreement, vendor analysis and contracting, implementation, integration, and maintenance/support.
- Provide guidance on implementation from a technical and workflow perspective.
- Meet with partners at different levels to identify areas of innovation and growth
- Identify innovation trends and business opportunities within the market
- Lead a team to enhance the innovation potential of the business
- Develop and accomplishing full projects on new interventions to increase optimization, scalability, and cost reduction
- Create and oversee a comprehensive long-term development strategy
- Engage with all partners to enhance thoughtful thinking throughout the organization
- Expand on organization's long-term capabilities
- Advise management on yearly, medium-term, long-term and future innovation goals
- Report on and adapting better interventions within the company
- Identify, plan, build and scaling concepts from scratch
- Promote procedures for encouraging single and collective creativity focused on brainstorming, prototyping or solution identification, and production
- 6+ years experience in health care, technology, product, or consulting
- 6+ years of experience leading or directing programs of varied sizes concurrently
- 4+ years of experience managing and leading a team
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Higher
- Change Management Certification
- Project Management Certification

Pay Transparency:
Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
