The Account Consultant supports our regional sales teams in meeting and exceeding their quotas (growth and retention standards) You'll be working with our regional Sales teams and across Oscar making it easy for brokers to understand our product offering, competitive positioning, and quoting tools for our Cigna + Oscar partnership. In this role, you will act as a single point of contact for regionally assigned brokers and general agents.
You will report to the Sales Lead This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, or Washington, D.C. Note, this list of states is subject to change. #LI-Remote
The base pay for this role is: $56,000- $73,500 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, and sales commissions.Responsibilities
- Develop strategies for prioritizing and outbounding to prospective brokers and
- Manage relationships with existing distribution partners
- Handle inbound calls and emails from Oscar’s general agents and brokers and ensure we maintain a concierge level of service
- Collaborate with Oscar’s Eligibility, Billing, and Member Services teams to resolve complex issues
- Maintain a deep understanding of Oscar’s plans, benefits, and networks with the ability to educate others on our products across markets.
- High school diploma
- 1+ year(s) of sales experience
- Experience making data-driven decisions
- Experience working in a high-growth environment
- Health insurance experience

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
