You understand how to get results through others (team members, vendors, contractors, etc) and know how to hold people accountable.
Experience managing all renovations turns and maintenance activity for a large investor, reit or fund is highly preferred.
Have successfully managed a team completing 50+ full renovations, 100+ maintenance work orders, and 50+ rental turns per month is required.
You will report directly to the vp of operations and will be pushed harder than you have ever been beforeYou will be expected to move faster, do more, and think bigger than ever before.

Own the mission of delivering a world-class renovations department that supports the best home buying experience in the nation
Oversee all day-to-day renovations operations of the company by leading a team of construction managers and coordinators.
Develop, refine and document business processes for all operations
Develop scorecards and kpi’s for each manager and position and ensure they are reported and met weekly
Attract, recruit and hire a-players
Oversee vendor and partner relationships
Bachelors degree required
Experience building construction teams that execute
Experienced tripling the size of an operations team
Successfully managed at least 10 individual contributor direct reports
Lead, manage and hold accountable
Experience with residential renovations, in a volume environment, is required
Highly systems and process driven
Highly proficient with excel, google docs, crm
