Obp is looking for an experienced ux supervisor to join our growing user experience teamOur ux team works seamlessly across the agency with strategy, creative, development, account services, and with clients to craft experiences that are desirable, accessible, highly usable, and deliver best in class results across our entire portfolio of brands.
Demonstrate high quality design practicesThis includes working in all aspects of ux: research, ideation, strategy, interaction design, and visual design
Lead stakeholder interviews, create information architecture, establish concise content hierarchy, and implement other sources of user research
Create and oversee the development of graphic user interfaces, page templates and other interactive elements that meet client communication objectives
Create use cases and run usability testing groups
Conduct a/b, multivariate testing to optimize conversion rates
Create best-in-class ux deliverables - journeys, wires, prototypes, etc.
Understand accessibility and making sure that all users can interact seamlessly
Manage multiple projects at once, both large and small across various industries
Craft strategic visions in multi-context platforms for our client partners
Define business opportunities and translate strategic insights into consumer-facing interactive experiences
Lead, train, mentor and works hands-on alongside the experience team and invest in their growth
Drive and develop ux processes and discipline within obp
Be highly communicative and responsive both within the obp team and to stakeholders across the agency
4-7 years experience (agency/small teams)
Champions the user
Great track record of working directly with clients across various industries
Is an amazing collaborator, open to new ideas, and great at helping others understand what’s possible
Can lead the experience vision for large, complex interaction systems
Deep knowledge of journeys, service design blueprints, experience deliverables and emerging technology .
Strong conceptual and design skills including but not limited to website, applications, email and display
Is a natural leader and has experience mentoring a team of ux strategists and designers
Is an expert in the areas of interactive experiences, channels, and design principles and can work with brand creative teams on digital best practices
